This is a distinctive design because the shelf is set in the middle of an eight-sided round bronze wall mounting unit. The motif was inspired by a hand mirror from China’s Han Dynasty. It is patinated in a brown patina for the separate raised edge and a natural bronze color patina for the bronze inside the edge. No more of these will be fabricated. Marked with his sterling silver plaques, it was created, designed and fabricated under the direction of Prince JOHN.”
