Console Table With a Slab Top

ONLY ONE AVAILABLE

The top is a slab cut from the trunk of an old walnut tree in the Amish country of Eastern Pennsylvania. It was dried for two years, leveled and then the piece was finished by a cabinetmaker in the area, who specializes in refining these slabs. The legs, also in walnut, are inset with my ribbed concrete rectangles, which are cast in my workshop.

A sterling silver plaque with my name, coat of arms and title identifies this as a unique piece
