Hall/Sofa Table in Black and Gold
I covered the cast bronze legs in thin, copper lambskin, tracing every detail of the separate elements of the legs. The lambskin brought a unity and play of light that was not possible with patinated bronze. The richness of the dark copper harmonized with the unusual antique silk Japanese obi used on both shelves.
