A most unusual Lotus Pond for you and your guests to enjoy! Between the layers of the glass top, tiny alligators, cut from ostrich leg skin, swim about without a care in the world. Looking down, you see green lotus leaves fashioned from fine alligator skin and mounted on clear Lucite bases. Some of these lotus leaves have tiny clear dew drops. The ripples in the pond have been carefully raised into the delicate gold/silver lambskin. Lotus blossoms from a rare Japanese obi, which had silver leaf hand-worked into the brocade after weaving, decorate the surface and either end of the pond. The legs are outdoor aged black bamboo, polished with many layers of wax, giving this coffee table its final push into the creative stratosphere!
