Authentic fetish from Songye tribe of DR Congo. This is a rare authentic personal fetish from
Songye tribe of DRC (south-east DRC) which would be used protection, good health and
prosperity. The top of the head is hollowed and probably contains some “magic” substance
called Boanga. The magic ingredients consist of wide variety of animal, plant, mineral and
human substances that intended to bring engage benevolent ancestral spirits.
